Dealer Driven’s Refund Policy describes how Dealer Driven issues refunds to users that qualify for the applicable refunds*

Not all products and services offered on Dealer Driven website qualifies for a refund/return.

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our refund policy, and contact us if you have any questions.

At Dealer Driven, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction and offer full refunds on applicable products and services. Our refund policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your service* was activated, we can not offer you a full refund.

You can apply for a refund if you are not satisfied with any Dealer Driven service, which includes Website, SEO, Digital Advertising and Creative/Graphic Design. You can apply for a refund by clicking here.

Once your refund request has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of refund approval. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
